Although we wish we could stock everything, unfortunately even the Hobby Shop has it's limits as possible, however we are.... We constantly try to keep the Hobby Shop stocked up with a large variety of products to ensure as many satisfied customers as possible however, we are unable to order in products for individual customers. If there is a specific product you are looking for we recommend either asking a Team member in the Hobby Shop or using our 'Contact Us' form or Online Chat to check if the product will be available in the Toy Shop at some point in the near future. Please note, that even if we confirm that the specific product will be in stock at some point, we will not be able to reserve this product for specific customers, see our 'Can I reserve a product?' FAQ for further information.

We accept Cash, Debit/Credit Card and Hobby Shop Gift Cards as payment options for all products within the Hobby Shop.

The Hobby Shop operates on a first-come-first-served basis to ensure all our customers have equal opportunities to purchase the products they are looking for. We do not allow for products in the Hobby Shop to be reserved, this is due to previous experience of customers reserving products and then not visiting the Hobby Shop to complete the purchasing process. If you are travelling to the Hobby Shop and are looking to buy specific products from us we recommend contacting our Hobby Shop Team ahead of time, especially if you are not local to the Dumfries & Galloway area, to avoid wasted travel time if products are currently unavailable. Please note that even if a product is confirmed to be available before your journey, we cannot guarantee the product will still be in stock when you physically enter the Hobby Shop, we apologies for this potential inconvenience. The Hobby Shop does offer a 'Click & Collect' service for United Bricks products, however, this service only include products available at www.unitedbricks.com and does not include the Hobby Shop exclusive Minifigures. We sell a large collection of pre-loved LEGO® sets such as LEGO Castle, LEGO Pirates, LEGO Star Wars etc as well as our own custom United Bricks minifigures. We also stock a great range of hobby products including Games Workshop®, Pokémon , Magic the Gathering, Cobi and lots more.

The Hobby Shop offers a 'Click & Collect' service for United Bricks products only. Our 'Click & Collect' service does not apply to Hobby Shop exclusive or rare/discontinued United Bricks Minifigures available in the physical Toy Shop location. This service is available for all products found on the United Bricks website. To use this service: - Visit www.unitedbricks.com and add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. (Don't forget to log-in or sign-up for a United Bricks account) - Once you have added your products to your cart, head to the checkout and be sure to click 'Collect from Store' where appropriate. - After your order has been placed, we will contact you via email to notify you when your products are ready to be collected from the Hobby Shop* - When you arrive at the Hobby Shop, simply let a member of the Hobby Shop Team know that your are here to collect an online United Bricks order. *We ask that you do not head to the Hobby Shop before receiving your collection notification email as you will need this to pick-up your order.
